| Method
of Payment: Conditions of Registration After receiving our invoice the fee has to be deposited not later
than May 31. Please inform us immediately if delays are encountered.
Aimco will acknowledge receipt of registration
forms and fees. With the written acknowledgement of receipt of registration fees we guarantee a place in the camp. In the unlikely event that WE have to cancel the Camp, we will reimburse full payment made at the time of cancellation. Cancellation
Conditions In case YOU
have to cancel, your payment is refundable in full with the exception
of a $ 100 US administration fee after receipt of a written cancellation
notice.
With
the signed application form you accept the conditions as outlined

air fare from home country to Ottawa Airport departure taxes (if applicable).
OPTIONAL supervised off-campus activities e.g. movies, water
slides, bike rentals, paddleboat rentals, etc. will be offered at the
students’ own expense. For
these OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
we suggest calculating $
35-40 per week. The camp counselor will collect this amount.
Any money not used will be reimbursed to the student at the end
of the camp. The two day Niagara/Toronto tour is optional. Visit to the magnificent Niagara Falls, breakfast at the Skylon Tower with an exceptional view of the Canadian and American Falls, boat tour on the famous "Maid of the Mist" below the Falls. Visit Toronto's CN-Tower and hard Rock Café at the SkyDom in Toronto. Transportation, food, accommodation and full supervision ( $ 450 US Dollar). This tour is very popular.
