Please select one set of dates provided below for arrival and departure.  If you encounter difficulties while booking a flight, please inform us immediately. 

(Example: for the 4-week program:  If you book a flight to arrive in Ottawa on July 4, the departure from Ottawa should be August 1 ( 28 days maximum). We suggest booking the arrival date for Saturday, if possible.

Program Fees and Method of Payment  
 Fees for the 4-Week Program:

Conditions of Registration

Registration will be accepted by submitting a signed application form and $ 100 US. The remaining fee has to be deposited to the account of Aimco Services not later than June 1.

(For registration after May 1, the full fee has to be submitted by electronic Bank Transfer).

Please inform us immediately if delays are encountered.  Aimco will acknowledge receipt of  registration forms and fees.

With the written acknowledgement of receipt of registration fees we guarantee a place in the camp. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the Camp, we will reimburse full payment made at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation Conditions

Your payment is refundable in full with the exception of a $ 100 US administration fee after receipt of a written cancellation notice. 

There is no refund if cancellation is received after July 1.

In the case of visa denial, we must also receive documentation from the Canadian embassy confirming the denial.  In this case we will provide a full refund of tuition (except for a $ 100 US processing fee). We also must receive a written cancellation notice and the original letter of acceptance prior to the program start date.

With the signed application form you accept the conditions as outlined above.

Program Price Includes:

  • All instruction and supervision by professionally trained graduate teachers.

  • Pre-Test and Post-Test made available to parents

  • Weekend tours provided in the REGULAR three or four-week package.

  • All airport transfers.

  • Entrance fees to major attractions as described in program outline.

  •  Linen changes and room cleaning every fifth day.

  • Medical insurance up to $ 50 000 Canadian Dollars. (No need for extra insurance!).

  • 24 hour per day supervision by members of our staff.

 

Not Included in Price:

Return air fare from home country to Ottawa Airport departure taxes (if applicable).  OPTIONAL supervised off-campus activities e.g. movies, water slides, bike rentals, paddleboat rentals, etc. will be offered at the students’ own expense.

For these OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES we suggest calculating  $ 35 per week. The camp counselor will collect this amount.  Any money not used will be reimbursed to the student at the end of the camp.  

The two day Niagara/Toronto tour is optional. Visit to the magnificent Niagara Falls, breakfast at the Skylon Tower with an exceptional view of the Canadian and American Falls, boat tour on the famous "Maid of the Mist". Visit Toronto's CN-Tower and hard Rock Café at the SkyDom in Toronto. Transportation, food, accommodation and full supervision ( $ 350 US Dollar)
